Four young people will be selected to explore the changes happening between Tower and Blackfriars bridges in London with the help of architects, engineers, designers and artists. Over this free ten-day programme, they'll design a new website, make a sound piece and take the Five Hour Film Challenge: to write, act in and edit a film in a day.
