We will show Abbey Mills, North Harrow, which recently won planning consent (3 weeks ago) in London, and a glimpse of our Qatar University Project which starts on site imminently.

Faith In The City: The Mosque in the Contemporary Urban West

A two day symposium exploring the ways in which religious buildings - in particular the mosque - shape, and are shaped by, the public life of contemporary western cities. Opening with a keynote lecture from the Architectural Design consultants for New York's hotly debated Park51 Community Centre, an afternoon of ideas and discussion at the AF will follow, with an international range of participants.
