The popular lecture series returned
for its fourth summer, and for the first time offered an international line up
of inspiring young European architects. AWP, Querkraft, Ullmayer/ Sylvester and Teresa Sapey Architects guided us through their projects and ambitions, in a survey of some of the brightest talent across the continent.

AWP
2 August 2006Alessandra Cianchetta presents the work of AWP, a Paris-based interdisciplinary studio for architecture, landscape and design.
Querkraft
9 August 2006One of Austria’s most significant young practices, who in 2004 alone were awarded BD Young Architect of the Year, the City of Vienna Prize for Architecture, and represented Austria at the ninth Venice Architecture Biennale.
Ullmayer / Sylvester
16 August 2006Silvia Ullmayer (Germany) and Allan Sylvester (UK) founded their practice in 2005 following the collaborative housing project 'In-Between' in London (winner of the 2004 AJ First Building Award).
Teresa Sapey Architects
23 August 2006Italian-born Teresa Sapey runs her practice from Madrid. Recent work at the time of her presentation included the car park at the Hotel Puerta America and stores for Custo Barcelona.
