Amsterdam-based MVRDV have established themselves as one of the most innovative and inspiring practices working today. Their buildings continue to have an impact around the world. Their project the Parkrand Building was presented by Jacob van Rijs, co-founder of MVRDV. It is located in the western garden cities of Amsterdam and is one of five towers proposed next to a park. It attempts to bring nature into the project and offers an intelligent solution to high-density, residential living.
