The Architecture Foundation staged an exhibition on stadia to coincide with the 1998 World Cup.
'Stade' was the first solo exhibition by artist Stephen Gill and was a personal interpretation of the theme of football stadia, offering a glimpse of 'hidden internal areas normally out of bounds to the spectator and the left over spaces between these mega structures'.
