No Trim was a retrospective exhibition of the work of Max Gordon, who died at the age of 59 in 1990. From over twenty years as a leading figure in museum, gallery, and residential design within both Europe and the United States, the exhibition consisted of photographs and original drawings of some of Gordon's earliest works.

Photographs of his home in Mayfair, as well as the completed Manilow residence, and an art collector’s house in Chicago were included. The exhibition also featured one of his more famous projects, the conversion of a former dairy in St. Johns Wood to house the original Saatchi Gallery.
