‘The Two Cultures’ is the title of the first part of an influential 1959 Rede Lecture by British scientist and novelist C. P. Snow. The event will take Brian Clarke’s ‘Two Cultures’ portfolio of work as a starting point for a discussion together with the internationally acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid, to reflect upon architecture’s role as a mediator at the crossroads of the arts and sciences.
