Best known for a series of low-cost houses, distinguished by their highly individual scale and proportion, legendary Japanese architect, Kazunari Sakamoto, joins his former student, Go Hasegawa, in conversation. Both architects’ work is part of The Japanese House: Architecture and Life after 1945 exhibition.

The Architecture Foundation, in association with the Barbican, presents Architecture on Stage – a programme of talks and debates.
