Peter Ahrends (b. 1933, Berlin) and Paul Koralek (b.1933, Vienna) founded Ahrends Burton and Koralek with the late Richard Burton in 1961 having won first prize in the competition to design the Berkeley Library at University College Dublin.  Their work includes a number of distinguished student housing projects including additions to Keble College (1972-80) and the campus of Templeton College (1969-96), both in Oxford.  They will be joined in conversation by the architect Niall McLaughlin, whose Bishop Edward King Chapel was shortlisted for the Stirling Prize in 2013.
